A leading automotive company in Windsor is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist responsible for coordinating customer-facing marketing communications and managing incentive operations. Job description

The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating national and regionalized offers for deliverables related to customer facing marketing communications, including but not limited to advertising materials, owner & conquest communications (CRM), interactive properties (Websites), in dealership point of sale materials, sales funnel, auto show & events pricing executions. Furthermore, this position will develop supportive & ad hoc internal / competitive analytics reporting for planning purposes.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management, strong analytical skills and is able to easily liaise with other organizations or organizational leaders to ensure that assignments and project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing analytical support for incentive operations, reviewing, substantiating & securing legal approval for national and regional advertised offers as it relates to incentive offerings in conjunction with, marketing, legal and agency partners
  • Develop supportive & ad hoc internal / competitive analytics reporting for planning purposes. Strong Microsoft Excel skills to support analysis of large data sets
  • Support the CRM team, as well as Digital Dealer Event and Digital Point of sales teams, with monthly reviews of incentives contained in email and print communications
  • Communicate & coordinate monthly incentive offers / DISCLAIMERS / feature vehicles / inventory review in advance of new program effective date with national marketing team
  • Provide feedback to questions promptly from related stakeholders (legal, product specialists, marketing, agency) that may impact marketing materials to ensure speed to market
  • Validate national offer structures with Legal Team
  • Management and update of a Disclaimer Admin Tool (DAT) to support marketing launch
  • Weekday / weekend / holiday support on month end / new month launches to support timely marketing and disclaimer coordination and approvals
  • Manage auto show & event label pricing and process

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
