What You Will Do
  • Build and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (web, social, email, events, PR).
  • Write, edit, and design marketing collateral (brochures, sales sheets, one-pagers, presentations).
  • Work with designers/videographers when needed, but comfortable creating light graphics independently.
  • Own company website updates, landing pages, and SEO best practices.
  • Manage corporate social media accounts, post consistently, and track engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and external communications.
  • Refine and enforce messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales to generate and qualify leads.
  • Build nurture campaigns (emails, ads, webinars, etc.) that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Track KPIs (lead volume, conversion, web traffic, campaign ROI).
  • Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Project Management: Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Analytical: Comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and optimizing based on data.
  • Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
Dimensions of the Position

The incumbent must have a strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution. Proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end with measurable results. Must be capable of covering ground that might otherwise be spread across an agency team.

Education

It is preferred that the incumbent have at least 5 years of progressive, hands-on marketing experience. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred / Added Value

coursework or certifications in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, or analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot Academy, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) – either through formal study or professional training. Familiarity with medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries; as well as basic video production and editing is not required but strongly preferred.
