We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Enablement & Transformation Manager that sits at the intersection of strategic planning, performance enablement, and business operations. As part of EA SPORTS Operations and Enablement team, you will play an integral part of the team by optimizing how our teams plan, measure, and scale impact across the EA SPORTS portfolio. You will help align strategic change initiatives to measurable outcomes, optimize investment effectiveness, enable decision‑making through actionable insights, and operationalize various groups towards outcome-driven results. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of data‑fluency, financial acumen, process discipline, and has a strong bias for action.
This role is a core member of the Marketing Operations & Effectiveness team. You will help the Director of Marketing Ops & Effectiveness run the team’s portfolio of change initiatives, organize our work, and support the adoption and tracking of new ways of working across EA SPORTS Marketing and Commercial.
This is a great fit for someone with an operations, project management, or consulting background who wants to grow in change management and marketing operations.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, OR BUSINESS NEEDS).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
