We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take Sunday Oatmeal to the next level. You’ll lead everything from content strategy to campaign execution, growing our online presence, shaping the brand voice, and driving sales through smart, creative marketing. If you know how to make people stop scrolling and actually care, we want you.
Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy and campaign execution to grow online presence and drive sales.
- Shape brand voice and storytelling across channels to align with the brand vision.
- Develop and manage marketing programs that engage target audiences and convert interest into action.
- Collaborate with creatives, operations, and leadership to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and apply insights to future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or senior year Bachelor’s) in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or social media management (internships count).
- Strong understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
- Skilled in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Experience analyzing data and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Insights).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging style.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
- Up-to-date with trends in streetwear, athleisure, fitness, and pop culture.
- Proven ability to grow social media presence and boost engagement.
- Comfortable negotiating and maintaining relationships with influencers and affiliates.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: scrappy, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Team player who can collaborate with creatives, operations, and leadership.
