This role will build our first truly integrated marketing function, responsible for positioning our complex offering as a unified, value-driven solution for Canada’s top retailers.

This is not a traditional brand or communications role. It’s a solutions marketing role focused on enabling sales, strengthening our platform narrative, and driving commercial impact through compelling storytelling, product marketing discipline, and media-savvy communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Our Solution-Based Marketing Framework
    • Develop a cohesive narrative that ties together our print & distribution execution, in-store innovation, analytics, content solutions, and suite of AI powered tools.
    • Build messaging frameworks and value propositions that clearly articulate how our offering solves retailer challenges - grounded in product marketing discipline.
    • Ensure story and brand continuity across all media, channels, and sales materials.
  • Enable Account Managers
    • Build go-to-market toolkits, pitch decks, demos, case studies, and one-pagers that support solution-based selling.
    • Develop sales enablement materials that ensure brand consistency, message alignment, and a strong throughline across every stage of the sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with sales and leadership to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling solution bundles.
    • Partner with subject-matter experts across divisions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment.
    • Leverage Salesforce insights to support pipeline storytelling, segmentation, and campaign targeting.
  • Drive Integrated Campaigns
    • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that position us as a strategic partner - not a transactional vendor.
    • Partner with content, analytics, and operational teams to showcase proof of value through storytelling, insights, and creative assets.
    • Build digital content (web, email, social, thought leadership) that communicates our platform capabilities and innovations across multiple media formats.
    • Ensure that campaign messaging ladders up consistently to our core platform narrative.
  • Strengthen Market Presence
    • Elevate our brand presence across retail, marketing, and media communities in Canada.
    • Create content strategies for industry events, thought leadership, PR, and commercial announcements.
    • Ensure our online presence reflects our full suite of capabilities, product differentiation, and innovation pipeline.
  • Own Cross-Organizational Alignment
    • Translate our complex internal structure into clear, simplified, customer-ready messaging.
    • Work closely with product, operations, and commercial leaders to ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
    • Drive message and story continuity across all internal and external channels.
Qualifications

  • A marketer who thrives in complex businesses with multiple product lines or service divisions.
  • Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally within retail, media, content, tech, advertising, or related industries.
  • Strong in solution-based messaging, product marketing, and storytelling across multiple media types.
  • Skilled at partnering with sales, understanding client needs, and transforming technical capabilities into commercial narratives.
  • Highly capable in sales enablement - ensuring brand, message, and story continuity from pitch to proposal to execution.
  • Capable of designing and launching a marketing discipline from scratch in a complex, multi-solution business.
  • A collaborator with strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on - you can build the strategy and the assets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑division businesses or platform‑based offerings is a major asset.
  • Strong writing, media communication, and messaging capabilities.
  • Experience building sales enablement tools (pitch decks, frameworks, one‑pagers, product sheets).
  • Experience ensuring brand and narrative consistency across multiple communication channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail, retail media, print, content, or analytics industries is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is considered a strong asset.
