  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to shape and execute marketing initiatives that support business and supplier goals.
Drive Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Own regional marketing strategy across Western Canada — your ideas will be seen and felt.
  • Build integrated marketing plans, manage digital and social campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee marketing collateral and digital asset development.
Master Events & Client Engagement
  • Take charge of regional events, trade shows and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and community partners through meaningful, high-impact experiences.
Manage Budgets & Supplier Partnerships
  • Oversee the annual co‑op marketing fund — allocations, invoicing, reporting and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to deliver compelling, on‑brand campaigns.
Analyze & Optimize
  • Provide clear performance insights through post‑campaign and event reporting.
  • Stay ahead of trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to guide continuous improvement.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing along with strong marketing fundamentals with some leadership experience in another role.
Technical Strengths
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, social media management tools or marketing analytics is preferred.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:
  • A confident communicator who loves engaging with clients, customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Open to occasional travel across western Canada.
  • A natural planner who enjoys organizing events and bringing experiences to life.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys autonomy and isn’t afraid to try new ideas.
