A national property management company in Canada is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing social media, and collaborating on digital campaigns. Ideal candidates have a degree in Marketing or Communications and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
•Ensure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts
•Execute marketing and advertising initiatives on time and within budget
•Create and deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies and results
•Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
•Analyze and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives
•Provide marketing expertise and updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment and progress
•Oversee and manage all signage requirements, including updates and installations
•Lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
•Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
•Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
•Monitor, manage and report on budgets
•Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value
Experience and Educational Requirements:
•Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
•Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing
•Content management, project management, and photography/videography experience are assets
Technical Requirements:
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office
•HubSpot knowledge or experience an asset
•Excellent creative writing and editing skills

•Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing with a proactive attitude
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
•Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
