About This Role

The Marketing Coordinator executes day-to-day marketing, communications, social media, events, and branding initiatives, ensuring that marketing activities are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with the Firm’s brand and messaging standards. This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing tactics and tools, and is curious, organized, and eager to learn.

Please note that this position is fully in-office and will require occasional evenings and weekends for some events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal marketing requests (e.g. updates to brochures, bios, event materials, etc.).
  • Draft and schedule content for social media channels.
  • Assist in managing branded materials, including ordering and tracking inventory as needed.
  • Make ongoing updates to website, lawyer bios, etc. as needed.
  • Assist with executing campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to collect content and verify updates.
  • Draft internal communications, as they relate to marketing functions.
  • Support reporting by collecting fundamental analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables for recurring campaigns or requests.
  • Manage shared assets, files, and templates.
  • Help manage vendor relations and coordinate quotes.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing abilities.
  • Mindset: Team player with a positive attitude excited to contribute to a collaborative culture, and comfortable with juggling multiple projects at once.
  • Tech Proficiency: Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
