Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across all areas of the Resort, including Hotel, Casino, Golf, Food & Beverage, and RV Park. This role supports brand awareness, revenue growth, and guest engagement through digital marketing, social media, website management, email marketing, creative development, promotions, events, and internal communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organized, and motivated marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Managers across all Resort departments to support promotions and initiatives.
  • Create engaging content and creative assets aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain brand assets, including logos, photography, and video.
  • Update and maintain the Resort website, ensuring accuracy of promotions and events.
  • Manage Resort social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Maintain email databases and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support Resort promotions, special events, and trade show participation.
  • Manage internal marketing communications and on-property messaging (digital screens, signage, posters).
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across social, digital, and booking platforms.
  • Support community involvement initiatives and donation requests.
  • Liaise with media partners, advertisers, PR agencies, printers, and promotional suppliers.
  • Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings and contribute ideas to marketing and business strategies.
  • Support exceptional guest service standards at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Positive, professional, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
