You will collaborate with the marketing team, manage digital assets, and oversee in-mall campaigns. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team to implement property marketing plan strategies.
  • Oversee digital assets including mall website, digital screen content, and social media content creation.
  • Participate in all phases of events and programs, from planning to post‑event analysis.
  • Manage logistics for all in‑mall campaigns including installations, load‑in/out, print production, site setup, and brand ambassadors.
  • Support retailers with store openings, moves, closings, and authorized special events.
  • Support Guest Services with the Gift Card program and assist with customer feedback.
  • Procure supplies and promotional goods for marketing initiatives.

What this job involves:

The Marketing Coordinator supports Metropolis at Metrotown’s marketing program by effectively implementing JLL’s marketing pillars (Leasing, Sales, and Revenue), tools, and core practices to drive results and meet client expectations. This individual will assist in executing in‑mall marketing activities and provides operational support to the marketing department while ensuring seamless implementation of the property marketing plan.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:
