We are currently hiring field marketers to generate leads and schedule estimates to help us reach our 2022 goal of $400,000. About the Job

• You will be canvassing door to door offering homeowners free estimates for painting and deck / fence staining
• You will receive training on how to pitch, objection handle, and book estimates with potential clients!

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations that educate and inform people about our services
• Increase brand awareness
• Generate leads (lead = name, phone number, email, and address) and converting these leads into estimates
• Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged
• Build rapport with customers
• Potential for future promotions within the company
• Work locally and flexible schedule
