Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Excellence, the Manufacturing Process Manager plays a critical role in elevating operational performance across Techo‑Bloc’s North American manufacturing network. This leadership position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on process analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Acting as a key partner to Plant Managers and cross‑functional teams, this individual will refine processes, optimize workflows, standardize best practices, and enhance quality and efficiency. With strong mechanical aptitude, analytical expertise, and a passion for coaching and development, this role supports both day‑to‑day production challenges and long‑term operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to Techo‑Bloc’s growth through strategic project involvement

The Manufacturing Process Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Techo‑Bloc’s expansion initiatives, including new plant construction and facility start‑ups. This role is actively involved in preparing production teams for operational readiness by ensuring they are fully trained to run new equipment and manufacture high‑quality products. Certain phases of these projects may require intensive travel across sites to provide hands‑on guidance, training and support.

Producing premium landscaping products requires time, technical skill, and a thorough understanding of our production standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn directly from the current Director and gain immersive, practical experience by working closely with teams across all nine of our manufacturing facilities. This structured onboarding will build strong product knowledge, process mastery, and a solid foundation for long‑term success in the role.
