What You’ll Lead and Deliver
  • Direct all aspects of production scheduling to ensure timely, quality-driven delivery to customers.

  • Oversee staffing and workforce planning, manage shift schedules, vacation planning, and skill deployment.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate departmental performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production control to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Champion employee training and development, maintaining a robust skills matrix and onboarding program.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts with measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to expedite work orders and maintain manufacturing momentum.
  • Manage administrative tasks including timekeeping, payroll approvals, and vacation tracking.
  • Drive a culture of engagement, coaching, and performance management with a focus on team success.
What You Bring

  • Expertise in production scheduling, workflow optimization, and shop-floor operations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams, building training programs, and fostering accountability.
  • Strong working knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality systems; AS9100, ISO9001, or NADCAP experience is an asset.
  • Confident decision-making skills, strong conflict resolution, and clear communication at all levels.
  • Technical aptitude with hands-on knowledge of machine tools, precision measuring, and machining practices.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, backed by the ability to analyze data, implement changes, and lead with purpose.

Only qualified candidates who meet all of the requirements will be considered for this opportunity.
