Manila BBQ Supermart is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $29.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

· Work Location: 615 12th Street, New Westminster, BC V3M 4J3

· 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

· Supervise and manage sales staff

· Manage inventory and place product orders

· Prepare reports on sales and merchandising

· Assign tasks and create work schedules for employees

· Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and other issues

· Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating new sales staff

· Ensure the store maintains visual standards including displays and cleanliness

· May perform managerial tasks such as key holding

· May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
