Overview

Manager Revenue Analysis - Downtown, hybrid - CPA must

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of revenue reports, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and client profitability reviews
  • Clearly communicate financial performance to stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using tools like Power BI and data from a Data Warehouse
  • Design and implement automated dashboards and reports for both financial and non-financial metrics
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of revenue-related transactions across all business units to ensure accurate reporting
  • Supervise, coach, and develop client analysis and reporting analysts to improve performance and skills
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth within the team
  • Act as the main contact for revenue-related KPIs, offering insights and addressing business questions
  • Coordinate with finance teams to support month-end close and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with finance project leads on implementing new financial systems, processes, and policies
  • Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and transformation within the finance function
  • Recommend creative and strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reporting quality
  • Oversee improvements to systems and processes that support effective management reporting and organizational planning
  • Improve financial and operational performance measurement through enhanced coordination and communication across business units
What You Bring
  • Recognized accounting designation (CPA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA) with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience and at least 4 years in audit
  • Proven leadership in team development and management across varying experience levels
  • Strong expertise in financial and revenue analysis, with advanced knowledge of BI tools and Excel
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities to lead initiatives
  • Strong adherence to company policies and data confidentiality requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar managerial role is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
