Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Services, the incumbent will provide strategic leadership and comprehensive expertise in all Purchasing Services functions including procurement, supply management, insurance, risk management and contract administration, ensuring compliance with Provincial Directives and Board policies. The role focuses on cost effectiveness and optimal performance through standardization of procurement processes, operating standards, sourcing methodologies and supplier qualifications. The incumbent will lead a multi-disciplinary team to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and continually monitor for business process improvements.
