A leading financial institution in Toronto is seeking a Manager, PowerPoint and Executive Content Design to enhance its risk management presentation efforts. The role involves designing engaging materials for senior leadership, collaborating on strategic visuals, and maintaining a library of templates. The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is a centralized first line of defense (1LOD) group with the goal of embedding a culture of risk ownership and operational excellence to elevate the control environment by driving consistency and quality of risk practices to minimize loss and regulatory sanction, drive cost efficiencies, and accelerate project execution to enable growth. The Practice Management team serves to coordinate and drive consistency across 1LOD risk identification, controls, issue management, and non-financial-risk management practices.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Enablement and Delivery under the newly formed Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) – the Manager, PowerPoint and Executive Content Design is responsible for turning ideas and outlines into high quality Executive-Ready slides, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how we design and deliver compelling and engaging materials for both senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders to enable consistency across 1LOD risk management practices. This role is ideal for someone with business awareness and a passion for visual storytelling, who also thrives on turning raw content into impactful and well-structured strategic presentations.
1. Plan, Design & Deliver Executive Presentation, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts (65%)
