Manager, Talent Development & Programs

As the Manager, Talent Development & Programs at RBC Dominion Securities, you will work across both our Executive and Non-Executive Development portfolios and be responsible for supporting the implementation of initiatives and development programs for our executives, senior leaders, and emerging leaders, in line with our broader leadership strategy.

What is this opportunity? The Leadership team is focused on identifying and developing leaders to enable RBC's winning culture. You will help deliver on RBC's talent development priorities and support enterprise leadership development programs, executive coaching and development.

Responsibilities
  • Support the design and delivery of best‑in‑class talent development programs that address critical skill gaps and support organizational goals.
  • Manage third‑party provider relationships and senior‑leader coaching bench, ensuring optimal value for stakeholders.
  • Work with the Leadership team to help solve, implement and operationalize key priorities.
  • Measure the impact and ROI of talent development programs through data analysis, developing insight dashboards, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Partner across HR and with other key stakeholders to seek integration and alignment with other initiatives, engagement and communication channels and tactics.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal connect pages to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing of Leadership programs.
Qualifications
  • University degree or related business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a large, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in program management and initiative implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams to get things done, meet tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and summarize data for user consumption.
  • Vendor management experience (nice to have).
