Parkers Community Health (PCH) is a new not-for-profit organization, focused on bringing healthcare services together around the needs of people living in Mississauga and West Toronto. PCH currently operates two new state-of-the-art LTC homes and a community hub in West Mississauga. The new homes have a combined 632 beds and are part of PCH’s larger strategy that introduces innovative and inclusive programs and services and new models of care delivery. Position Summary:
The Manager, Digital & Information Technology, is responsible for leading the defining and executing of the organization’s digital strategy, enterprise information management framework, and technology modernization roadmap. This role drives digital innovation, oversees enterprise information management practices, and champions the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and data-driven decision-making. The manager collaborates across departments to implement digital solutions, strengthen data governance, ensure compliance, and support the organization’s broader digital transformation roadmap.
