A leading educational institution in Victoria, Canada, is seeking a Manager, Data and Program Integration to provide strategic leadership in Facilities Management. This role is aimed at enhancing the department's ability to plan and deliver services through effective data utilization and inter-departmental collaboration. Candidates should have a relevant undergraduate degree and at least five years of related experience, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills. The Manager, Data and Program Integration provides strategic leadership that strengthens Facilities Management’s ability to plan, measure, and deliver services through integrated data, documentation, and program oversight. The position ensures that FMGT has reliable, consistent processes for gathering, analyzing, and sharing information; maintains coordinated and up-to-date departmental plans and operational procedures; and supports cross-functional collaboration that aligns Facilities Management’s work with broader institutional directions. The role exists to advance a cohesive, data-informed culture that enables effective decision‑making, improves service delivery, and supports UVic’s long‑term priorities. Receives daily supervision, guidance, and support from the Director, Finance and Administration, while receiving functional direction from the Executive Director, FMGT to ensure alignment with department‑wide strategies, plans, and priorities.
An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject plus a minimum of five (5) years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
