As the Manager, Curriculum Office, you will provide leadership and managerial oversight to the Curriculum Office within the MD Program. As a member of the MD Program’s Senior Leadership Team, the Manager contributes to the development of strategic priorities, specific to program objectives and to the budget process. The Manager has full involvement with the end-to-end employment cycle, including hiring, training, and performance management. The Manager participates in senior level decisions and will be required to work in collaboration with the MD Program Directors; the MD Program staff and managers; the Associate Dean; the Director, Operations and the Director, Enrolment Services and Faculty Registrar.
The Manager will serve a leadership role in the Curriculum Office’s planning processes and provide strategic operational and project management support. Utilizing your knowledge and understanding of curriculum, you will provide input into policies and procedures related to the delivery of curriculum for medical students and develop business processes and systems. You will lead and mentor a team of high caliber administrative staff to drive the mission, vision, and goals of the Curriculum office.
