The Manager, Compensation oversees the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs at Walmart. In this role, you will analyze compensation data, develop recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

About the role: Manager, Compensation

As Manager, Compensation, you will develop and implement sales incentive programs that motivate the sales team and align with Walmart’s goals. You’ll collaborate with sales leadership to define KPIs and targets, and ensure incentive plans remain competitive and compliant.

You will also manage commission plans, maintain policies and guidelines, and ensure accurate, timely commission payouts. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for commission disputes, investigate grievances, and uphold transparent resolution processes.
