Manager, Business Transformation

As a Manager, Business Transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Firm by leading initiatives that drive operational excellence, process innovation, and strategic growth. You will be part of a high-impact team focused on identifying pain points, analyzing data, and designing solutions that improve how we work and deliver value to our clients and colleagues. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in process improvement, stakeholder engagement —someone who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about making meaningful change. Preferred candidates will have professional services experience with a strong grasp of service delivery dynamics and stakeholder complexity.

Responsibilities
Lead Process Design & Improvement
  • Partner with business units to understand current workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to map current and future state processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and analytical techniques to assess root causes and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
Analyze Data & Drive Reporting
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights that inform leadership and guide continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
Engage Stakeholders & Build Partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams —including Finance, IT, People & Culture, and Operations—to ensure seamless execution of transformation efforts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them navigate change and improve performance through tailored solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions to surface pain points and co-create solutions that drive adoption and impact.
Support Strategic Execution
  • Align transformation initiatives with the Firm’s strategic priorities, including our Fueled by Purpose strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional technology teams to lead and implement strategic tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across platforms.
  • Ensure initiatives are well-scoped, resourced, and tracked against clear success metrics.
  • Support governance and reporting processes to maintain transparency and accountability across programs.
  • Provide general support across cross-functional initiatives, contributing to project execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or advisory services experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in process improvement, business transformation, or consulting within mid-to-large professional services or accounting firms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 and Power Automate, with experience streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is an asset.
