Job description

Requisition ID: 250672

Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high‑performing culture.

About the Role

The Business Analytics Channels & Servicing Team partners with stakeholders in channel management and transformation to deliver a comprehensive view of customer sales and service touchpoints across all channels. Our goal is to understand how interactions throughout key customer journeys, for example, card servicing, onboarding, investment management, etc. impact overall customer experience, retention, and cross‑channel engagement. We achieve this through in-depth analysis, ongoing dashboard reporting, and supporting the development of new datasets. This role needs a mix of technical and business/communication skills. It requires the ability to perform complex analysis and ensure it ties into business needs that can be easily communicated to non‑technical partners.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Work with business partners, understand their business problems, create analytics solutions, and present information back to them.
  • Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, including
    • Scope out projects by creating requirements, timelines, project scope, etc.
    • Create analytical outputs (new data sets, dashboards, actionable insights, deep dive analytics) that will help support business growth and development.
    • Create artifacts, such as project plans, documentation, data lineage, metadata, metrics definitions etc.
    • Present analytical outputs, communicate findings, provide recommendations for actionable insights, etc. to business partners and key stakeholders.
  • Develop BI dashboards and produce reusable data assets using business acumen, statistical analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Conduct analysis using descriptive or advanced techniques on massive volumes of structured and unstructured data to create actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to establish trends, understand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and produce analyses, reports, and insights for partners that help drive tactical, operation, and/or strategic decision making in support of business goals.
  • Promote Data Literacy with partners and key stakeholders to raise the collective understanding of data, tools, etc. available to them and champion data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Proactively suggest project ideas, data process improvements, or value opportunities.
  • Investigate and become an expert in available data sources, transform and determine how they can be interpreted for analysis. Identify any gaps and develop a plan of action to address.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • University Education in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Multiple years of related experience needed, preferably within a financial, retail or consulting industry in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • End‑to‑end analytics experience: explore, clean, aggregate, and consolidate data; create analytical outputs; synthesize information in easy‑to‑understand formats; communicate/present findings to business partners.
  • Experience querying and working with large data sets, ideally within an Enterprise Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse, or Cloud environment.
  • Data visualization experience: for example, Power BI, Tableau, Qlickview, Domo, etc.
  • Experience with relational databases and solid SQL skills.
  • Programming languages: Python, R or SAS.
