Role and Responsibilities

Ensure the integrity of ongoing operations and maintenance of existing applications. Implement system enhancements, support SQL Server, develop BI reports, and integrate third-party APIs. Perform data analysis and support ETL processes. Operate under moderate supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain SQL Server databases
• Design and develop database objects
• Provide support for database issues
• Develop ETL processes and reports
• Design and implement business applications and system modifications
• Create documentation and assist in training
• Perform data analysis to forecast outcomes and recommend solutions
• Manage daily operational tasks in customer service systems
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Support and develop BI reporting and POS systems

Skills and Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Knowledge :

• Strong experience with MS-SQL, ETL tools (SSIS), and OLAP Cubes (SSAS)
• Development experience with .Net, jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.Net MVC
• Knowledge of database concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, BI tools like Tableau and MS SSRS
• Experience with API development and integration is a plus
