We champion individuality in the marketing solutions we create, and in our workplace. We fight for solutions that adapt to the individual’s needs, beliefs, behaviors, and aspirations.

We foster an inclusive workplace that emphasizes personal well‑being.

HOW WE DO IT:

At TRACK, our fearless super connectors help to create value from personal brand experiences by focusing on three key areas: connected data, connected content and connected decisioning.

Our data analysts identify who that person is, our strategists understand what they want, and our award‑winning technologists and creatives know how to deliver it – ensuring we’re able to activate authentic customer connections for our clients.

Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets. The TRACK team makes up 100 of those.

YOUR ROLE:

As Manager, Analytics, you will be both a leader and a hands‑on contributor—a true player‑coach. You’ll oversee a small team of analytics professionals, guiding their growth while rolling up your sleeves to deliver high‑impact analytical work. Working closely with our VP, Analytics, you are as comfortable participating in client meetings as you are diving into data, building models, or visualizing insights.

We’re looking for a true teammate – someone willing to lend a hand, no matter the ask, so that we can all succeed together. We love crafting exciting, conceptual campaigns, but we are also passionate about bringing excellence to the day‑to‑day brand communications that our clients rely on. That’s how we make ourselves invaluable and earn their trust.

This role requires navigating fast‑paced, client‑focused environments with multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Serve as the primary analytics lead on client projects, delivering insights that inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Balance team management with direct execution—conducting analyses, overseeing data collection, automating reports, and building compelling data visualizations.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Analyze media, marketing and customer data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data‑driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Create insightful reporting and build client‑ready dashboards.
  • Manage workload for the team and identify risks.
  • Guide analytics team members on best practices for data visualization, KPI development, tagging, testing, and reporting.
  • Present complex analytical findings in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, and privacy across all client work.
  • Stay current on analytics tools, technologies (including AI) and industry trends; champion innovation and continuous improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • At least 5 years of analytics experience, preferably 2+ years with an Advertising, Marketing, Analytics, or Digital Media firm.
  • 1+ years managing data analysts.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer data, media & marketing measurement and digital marketing analytics. An understanding of core marketing analytics concepts including email, SMS and Web metrics.
  • Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced level SQL programming skills. Familiarity with Python.
  • Hands‑on skills in statistical analysis and/or modeling (regression, segmentation, forecasting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution modeling.
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing principles and database structure.
  • Strong presentation skills, data storytelling and the ability to simplify and package complex ideas for presentation and into client‑ready documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity and an aptitude for continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain focus while working on multiple complex projects and to work with minimal supervision.
OUR PERKS:
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Comprehensive health and dental plans
  • Paid personal and sick days
  • Extra‑long weekends over the summer
  • Birthday day off
  • Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning
  • Telecoms monthly allowance
  • RRSP company match
  • Referral bonus
OUR HYPER CIRCUIT MODEL:

TRACK’s current hybrid model is designed to enable in‑person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home three days per week, with in‑office attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays from our Toronto office.
