Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its global network. We offer car rental, carsharing, fleet management, travel management and other transportation services to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll :

  • Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
  • Participate in a structured program to develop knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning opportunities, including community engagement to build essential relationships
  • Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first mindset
  • Contribute to a culture of friendly competition that supports growth for the business and your career
Qualifications
  • Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or international equivalent recognized by World Education Services (WES) and / or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, or BA, or related field
  • Must have at least 6 months of cumulative experience or involvement in one of the following areas: sales & customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, clubs / organizations)
  • Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and / or at-fault accidents in the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI / DUI) within the last 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
