We are hiring Maintenance Technicians in Edmonton, AB!

Role

Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for duct cleaning and maintenance on residential heating, air conditioning and water heating systems. This role involves conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of HVAC systems. This individual plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal indoor air quality, extending the lifespan of HVAC systems, and contributing to customer experiences.

Responsibilities

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Duct Cleaning
  • Perform duct cleaning in residential homes using portable vacuum and high-pressured air
HVAC Tune Ups
  • Complete inspection and cleaning of residential gas furnaces
  • Complete inspection and cleaning of central air conditioning units
  • Perform safety check on residential HVAC systems
Customer Solutions
  • Recommend and explain to the homeowner the services needed to prolong the lifespan of the HVAC equipment
  • Share the results of the safety check with homeowners and make them aware of any hazards
Customer Experience
  • Ensure customers are comfortable, and understand the work conducted
Safety
  • Actively participate in the company safety program and maintain cooperation to OH&S guidelines
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
