A Canadian recruitment firm is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Toronto. You will lead a team in a challenging heavy industrial environment, with responsibilities including problem-solving, overseeing contractors, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should possess relevant electrical or millwright tickets, along with proven supervisory experience. This position offers competitive compensation starting at $50/hr, with additional overtime opportunities and benefits after 1 year.
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility’s maintenance team in a challenging heavy industrial environment. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of floor work and team coordination—roughly 75% on the floor, 25% in office oversight. Ideally, you are a licensed 433A Millwright or Electrician (309A/442A), however, individuals without licenses will be considered based on their work history.
