Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise electricians and maintenance mechanics to ensure safe and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Manage and update preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and supervise approved repairs.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, documentation, and material requests for maintenance activities.
  • Evaluate completed maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with quality standards, and report findings.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and outside vendors as required for repairs or improvements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment and ensure adherence to all company health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on machinery maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid maintenance license.
