The Ministry of the Solicitor General is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities within our facility. You will work closely with a team of skilled tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, maintenance mechanics, and groundskeepers, to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Please note: This is a frontline essential position requiring your physical presence in the office. You must be onsite five days a week and be available for on-call duties.
The Correctional Services Division of the Ministry of the Solicitor General is responsible for maintaining and operating provincial correctional institutions for adult offenders, 18 years and over, who are serving a sentence of up to two years less a day or who are awaiting criminal proceedings.
