Overview
We’re looking for someone eager to grow into a skilled Maintenance Technician role. If you have some hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (or just a strong desire to learn), we can train you!
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems using control software (we’ll train you).
- Learn how to work safely with electrical systems from 24VDC to 480V 3-phase.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical control systems and PLCs (training provided).
- Get hands-on experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and motor replacement.
- Help repair and maintain mechanical components like bearings, chains, and belts.
- Gain exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, fire suppression, and conveyor systems.
- Learn basic welding and safe use of welding equipment.
- Support equipment installations, removals, and facility maintenance tasks.
- Keep tools organized and in good condition and help track spare parts inventory.
- Follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years supporting a manufacturing or maintenance department (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Willingness to learn robotics, automation equipment, and CMMS software.
- Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Open to flexible hours, occasional overtime, and on-call work.
- Reliable attendance and a team-player attitude.
