Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-stage cold forming equipment, wire drawers, and inspection tools.
• Monitor part dimensions and ensure consistent quality using assigned measuring devices.
• Make machine adjustments to maintain product quality within customer tolerance specifications.
• Complete and submit daily production reports at the end of each job.
• Perform routine maintenance on cold forming equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What You Bring:

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with cold heading machinery or similar equipment (preferred).
• Skilled in inspecting tools and measuring part conformity.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting customer dimensional prints.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Solid understanding of machine operation and safety protocols.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of math and mechanical proficiency tests.
