Summary

Lead the store logistics team to ensure efficient receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management and backroom operations while coaching team members to achieve operational excellence and strong engagement metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Train, develop and coach logistics team members and set performance expectations
  • Manage order fulfillment including picking, packaging and BOPIS to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate receiving of merchandise including hanging goods, PO receiving and reconciliation
  • Oversee inventory tasks including markdowns, price changes, seasonal counts and write‑off documentation
  • Maintain organized shipping/reaching area and backroom storage
  • Monitor RTVs, MTM refusals and in transit documentation accuracy
  • Support operations tasks including service desk, POS accuracy and logistics audits
  • Collaborate with operations leadership for hiring, onboarding and talent retention
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years leading logistics functions in a retail store or department
  • Proven attention to detail in processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical stock room tasks
  • Accountability for accurate scanning, tagging and paperwork completion
