Summary
The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator’s responsibilities are to maintain and document supplies/raw materials and equipment, and update stock records to ensure traceability and accuracy of items in MRP System. They will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of products throughout the supply chain. This position is ideal for an individual who is organized, proactive, and has a keen eye for detail.

Job Duties
- Performs regular cycle count of inventory and reconciles variances of actual stock count to MRP System.
- Help oversee the packaging operations in all locations.
- Ensure quality products are consistently and efficiently produced to meet the clients and consumers’ commitments.
- Review daily shift report and input data in MRP system accurately
- Seek approval of inventory balances needed to be written off in MRP System
- Make manufacture order (MO), transfer order (TO), and prepare for pre-order (PO) in MRP System whenever required
- Coordinate with warehouse team for critical stock replenishment
- Perform materials forecasting with Planners to assess stock levels
- Review and improve MRP to maintain accuracy of data
- Prioritize sustainability and the environment
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging materials for outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor transportation schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Communicate with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure smooth transportation.
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and shipment information.
- Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized logistics workspace, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-year of inventory control and logistics experience required
- Preferred experience in manufacturing facility
- Diploma in relevant field
- Current First Aid training preferred
- Current SDCB Forklift experience (expired in the last year will be accepted)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and leadership skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Fluent English (reading/speaking/writing)
- Highly flexible, with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Work Conditions
- Full-time, Monday – Friday in person availability
- Standing, bending, lifting, sitting/computer work throughout the day
- Able to lift at least 50lbs with assistance if needed
- Overtime as required.
