Job summary

A regional healthcare provider is seeking certified individuals for a long-term locum role in Emergency Medicine. This position offers a collegial team environment, with double physician coverage and opportunities to teach medical students. Ideal candidates will hold the necessary emergency certificates and are eligible for CPSBC licensure. Qualifications

• Must be certified with FRCPC or CCFP-EM.
• Hold ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications.
• Eligible for licensure with CPSBC.

Responsibilities

• Provide Emergency Department coverage.
• Work with double physician coverage and radiology support.
• Contribute to trauma care as part of a Regional Trauma Referral Centre.
• Support the University of British Columbia’s Southern Medical Program.
