Location: Long Island, Manhattan, New York

A family of six, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a live-in or live out Weekend Nanny to assist in care of their twin toddlers. Responsibilities include: preparing healthy meals and snacks, caring for their rooms and belongings, engaging them in fun, educational age-appropriate activities and escorting them to activities. Candidates must have experience with children around the same age – multiples experience is a plus! There are two older children (one teen/ one preteen) in the home who require minimal supervision if the parents are not present. The family is open to live out or live in candidates, though the ability to spend the occasional night or stay late on a Saturday is required if parent have a planned engagement. The typical schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 8pm, though they are open to live in applicants arriving Friday evening. Nanny must be able to swim and the family spends summers on Long Island (25 miles from Manhattan), requiring the Nanny to commute for summer weekends. Salary range: $35-40/hr. Immediate start.
