Overview

We’re pleased to be partnering with a respected and established law firm known for its professionalism, integrity, and warm, family-oriented culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant who thrives in a close-knit team environment and values being part of a supportive, collaborative workplace.

In this role, you will provide key support to a Partner, working primarily on Civil Litigation files. This position goes beyond traditional administrative duties — we’re looking for someone confident and experienced who can manage files with a high level of independence, taking on responsibilities similar to those of a paralegal.

Location: Downtown Edmonton | Full-Time, In-Office

Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of files, primarily in Civil Litigation, support occasional litigation files in Commercial Civil, Real Estate, Aboriginal Law, and limited Criminal matters.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage court documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain client files and deadlines.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, courts, and other parties.
  • Provide reliable and professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
