With a growing network of 2,000+ healthcare providers and nearly 7 million Canadians with access to our services, Maple is one of Canada’s fastest-growing virtual care companies.

We have established an entrepreneurial culture centered around our purpose to support people’s health and well-being and to strengthen the healthcare system. We attribute our success to our team, who has helped us achieve numerous noteworthy awards including: LinkedIn\'s Top 10 Startups, Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50, Globe & Mail\'s Top Growing Companies in Canada, North America’s Inspiring Workplaces, and Glory Professional’s The Power 50: Canada’s Most Impactful Companies.

The Position

We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Performance and Digital Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing who’s ready to take on greater ownership and visibility. You’ve likely owned end-to-end campaigns before and are now looking for a role where you can deepen your impact, contribute to strategy, and operate with more autonomy in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll own campaign execution from ideation through launch, bringing stakeholders along the journey to ensure alignment, efficiency, and high-quality output. You\'ll act as the central driver of projects — balancing speed and thoughtfulness, ensuring tight project management, and ultimately delivering campaigns that help people better engage with their health.

Your Impact
  • Serve as a project driver who brings clarity and momentum to cross-functional efforts
  • Own the strategy-informed execution of full-funnel lifecycle campaigns — from onboarding to retention
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks that support product and service launches
  • Design and launch personalized, behaviorally triggered multi-channel programs (email, push, in-app)
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, contributing ideas and collaborating on roadmap priorities
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging, clear timing, and operational efficiency
  • Lead experimentation across lifecycle touchpoints and continuously optimize for performance
  • Provide campaign insights and translate data into meaningful recommendations
12 – 18 Month Deliverables

In your first 90 days, you\'ll audit our existing lifecycle programs, identify priority improvements, and establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. You\'ll launch your first campaign and build out foundational reporting to help guide future efforts. You\'ll also align with the Senior Manager on a roadmap of high-impact lifecycle initiatives.

Over the next 12 to 18 months, you\'ll deliver a series of full-funnel lifecycle programs across multiple SKUs and services. You\'ll strengthen campaign quality, improve go-to-market efficiency, and help institutionalize repeatable frameworks that enable scale. Through strong execution and strategic partnership, you\'ll become a go-to collaborator across the business, helping raise the bar for lifecycle marketing at Maple.

Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS B2C environment. Familiarity with subscription-based growth models is considered an asset
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience with tools like Braze, Customer.io, Marketo, or SFMC
  • Strong segmentation and behavioral targeting expertise
  • Data-savvy, with comfort interpreting performance metrics and identifying opportunities
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills — especially cross-functionally
  • Comfortable contributing to strategic thinking while owning hands-on execution
