Overview

We are recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses for several long-term care communities across British Columbia. These homes provide complex and person-centred care, supported by strong interdisciplinary teams and a culture that encourages internal growth. Each site offers a stable environment, professional development opportunities, and supportive leadership.

Available Locations & Role Details:

1. Salmon Arm, BC

A large long-term care community offering a collaborative, growth-focused environment for both experienced LPNs and new graduates.

  • Open to: New grads and experienced LPNs
  • Shifts: Full-time lines (varied; site typically offers a mix of days/evenings/nights)

2. Lumby, BC

A smaller, community-focused long-term care setting ideal for nurses seeking a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

  • Open to: New grads and experienced LPNs
  • Shifts: Full-time lines (varied; site typically offers a mix of days/evenings/nights)

3. Williams Lake, BC

A mid-sized long-term care home serving residents with complex and continuing care needs.

  • Open to: Experienced and new graduate LPNs
  • Specific Shift Lines Available:
  • Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
