Qualifications

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions on customers’ vehicles.
• Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete approved service on customer vehicles.
• Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes and tune-ups.
• Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.

You will get to

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles

• Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries
