Responsibilities
- Open and distribute incoming mail and materials.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the team.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Establish office procedures and manage daily operations.
- Proofread documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks.
