A travel services company in Toronto is seeking a Learning Specialist to assess training needs and design effective learning solutions. You'll work closely with the learning team, focusing on developing instructional content and collaborating with experts. The role requires a degree in Adult Education and 1-2 years of relevant experience, prioritizing strong organizational skills and knowledge of generative AI in instructional design.

The Learning Specialist is responsible for assessing needs and designing and developing outcome-focused organizational learning solutions. The Learning Specialist works with the Manager, Learning and Performance and collaborates with a team of learning professionals to assess learning gaps and design instructionally sound learning experiences that deliver business results, with a heavy focus on sales skills, technology competencies, and product knowledge.
