A leading electric power specialist in Toronto is seeking a Co-op student as a Lean Performance Systems Assistant. The role involves conducting time studies, analyzing processes for improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant engineering diploma/degree and be detail-oriented with good communication skills. This is an on-site, afternoon shift position.

S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a knowledgeable Co-op student to join our team as a Lean Performance Systems (LPS) Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to gain valuable work experience.
Work Term: Winter 2026 (4 months: Jan - Apr) or (8 months: Jan - Aug)
Work Arrangement: On-site, 4 days per week
Shift: Afternoon Shift (Mon - Thurs, 4:00pm - 2:00am)
