  • Promote Continuous Learning - Foster a culture of leadership growth and ongoing development across the organisation.
  • Handle essential administrative tasks to support program delivery, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, coordinating catering, and managing logistics.
  • Provide flexible support to the broader Learning team by leading or assisting with key projects as needed, ensuring continuity during critical periods or organisational priorities.
What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership development, program design, and facilitation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align programmes with business priorities.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and measure programme effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with learning platforms an asset.
  • High energy, results‑oriented, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
