Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, motivate and supervise activities of twenty Technologists.
• Assume HR responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate manufacturing support to production teams.
• Oversee first article inspection and improvement projects.
• Define and control processes linking the department with external stakeholders.
• Support operational excellence initiatives.
