Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Leader de projet - Changement de produit pour rejoindre notre équipe Programme Gestion de la Configuration basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes de développement de produit ainsi qu’une équipe multi-fonctions qui vous supporteront dans l’exécution de vos mandats.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Programme Gestion de la Configuration qui a pour mission d'assurer la gestion de configuration dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise et a sous sa responsabilité les projets de gestion de changements. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Key Responsibilities — French
  • Lead projects from launch to implementation in production and service, through all its phases, i.e. development, detailed design, parts manufacturing and industrialization;
  • Lead aircraft configuration in an MFT (Integrated Work Team) approach;
  • Be responsible for achieving milestones in accordance with program requirements in terms of schedule, cost (NRC and RC), quality, resources and scope.

  • Implement a robust risk and opportunity management system;
  • Ensure consistent decision-making at the highest level in accordance with operational needs and scale issues if necessary;
  • Prepare and present changes to various decision-making forums and governance.
Qualifications — French
  • You hold a bachelor's degree or diploma in management/engineering, or you have 15 years of equivalent experience (PMP is an asset);
  • You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in product development;
  • You demonstrate a high level of leadership and influence;
  • You have a good knowledge of Google Suite and Planisware (an asset);
  • You have good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills;
  • You demonstrate open-mindedness and have a great ability to work in a team;
  • You have a sense of organization, you demonstrate autonomy and have perseverance;
  • You are bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English.
