Qualifications

• Valid DZ License (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Knowledge of waste and recycling industry, MTO and MECP regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Microsoft suite and AMCS system is an asset.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily waste and recycling collection operations for commercial clients.
• Optimize routes and fleet utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Schedule drivers and helpers, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Conduct and document Health & Safety meetings.
