You will own end-to-end design for sign-up, onboarding, billing, and product-led growth flows, leveraging data and experimentation to inform high-impact design decisions. Working closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams, you will identify opportunities to improve user engagement and revenue while maintaining high-quality experiences. The position offers a fully remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, where autonomy and ownership are central. Your work will directly influence the success of creators and users on the platform, shaping how they interact, engage, and grow with the product.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the design strategy for growth across key product surfaces, including sign-up, onboarding, activation, and revenue flows.
  • Own end-to-end flows for user acquisition, conversion, and monetization, ensuring seamless experiences.
  • Design and iterate billing and checkout experiences, including subscriptions, payments, upgrades, and single-page checkout.
  • Translate data, experimentation, and research into actionable design decisions and prioritize growth hypotheses.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives from hypothesis to results interpretation, optimizing conversion and engagement.
  • Monitor funnels, identify drop-off points, and ship targeted design interventions to improve performance.
  • Partner closely with engineers, balancing design quality with speed, and provide clear narratives to leadership.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI execution.
  • Proven experience designing for growth, including onboarding, activation, lifecycle, pricing/packaging, or monetization flows.
  • Expertise with experimentation frameworks such as A/B tests and data-driven design.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort interpreting funnel performance and experiment results.
  • Proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted tools for design workflow acceleration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill insights and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with payment and checkout UX patterns, trust signals, and friction points.
  • Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD per year, with potential adjustments for experience level.
  • Equity compensation opportunities and annual bonus potential.
  • Fully remote work with autonomy and trust to manage outcomes.
  • 35 days of PTO annually, plus paid sabbatical after 5 years.
  • Comprehensive medical coverage or reimbursement options for you and your family.
  • Parental leave for new or expanding families.
  • Home office stipend and learning & development stipend to support professional growth.
  • Twice-yearly fully paid company retreats in exceptional global locations.
