  • Partner with business stakeholders to design user flows, workflows, and data quality checks supporting product onboarding and enrichment
  • Translate business requirements into STEP data models, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and validation frameworks
  • Influence technical architecture and integration design for STEP, including REST APIs, event-based patterns, and batch processes
  • Collaborate as an embedded lead with full-stack and Stibo STEP platform engineers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions
  • Create and maintain project and support documentation such as technical design documents, delivery plans, and release notes
  • Provide hands-on STEP development and technical guidance to other engineers
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, triage and resolve production incidents, and perform root cause analysis
  • Troubleshoot and fix defects, data quality issues, integration failures, and performance problems
Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 7+ yearswith Stibo STEP MDM / PIM solutions with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP - including design, configuration, integration, deployment and support
